Aqua Yoga
A form of yoga practiced in the comfort of your pool (for 30 - 45 minutes). It combines traditional yoga poses with the buoyancy and resistance of water to provide a highly beneficial and therapeutic experience - no need to get your hair wet! Great for anyone seeking to reduce stress on the joints. I also welcome children with autism - the water can help them to get in touch with their emotions and gain a calm sense of clarity.
Hatha Yoga
This class features a sequence of poses held for several breaths and includes meditation and breath work. Suitable for people of all levels and experience. During the session you benefit from the spiritual aspect of each posture and visualize yourself with the strengths of the animals with which we are connecting. The cobra for example must shed its old skin and replace it with fresh skin for a new beginning. By strengthening your back and raising your chest and heart, you let go of fears, allowing yourself to dare get closer to achieving your goals and dreams.
Yin Yoga
A session that allows for a variation of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 - 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia. This style stretches the connective tissue around the joints - mainly the knees, hips, pelvis, and lower spine, but also the wrists, arms, shoulders and neck. The slow, mindful nature of the practice promotes relaxation and activates the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing stress and anxiety levels.
Vinyasa Yoga
Involves linking poses together in a continuous flow, synchronized with the breath, making it a dynamic and often faster-paced style of yoga that improves flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular health, while also promoting mental clarity and stress reduction.
MYP - Mindfulness/ Yoga/ Pilates
A form of active or passive recovery that will stretch and lengthen your entire body. Whether you enjoy running, bicycling, tennis or golfing (to name a few), this class will help improve your overall performance, quicken your recovery process, and lessen the occurrence of injury. The perfect blend of a slow-paced vinyasa with a restorative class.
Yoga for Seniors
Considering that seniors age 65 and older represent the fastest-growing sector of the U.S. population, this yoga class — offering relaxation, breathing and gentle postures — is a powerful, yet low-cost and accessible means to enhance quality of life and ease suffering caused by many ailments common to seniors including arthritis, chronic pain and heart disease.

Swedish Massage
A perfect choice for clients who are looking for a relaxing and restorative massage experience. It can be beneficial for individuals with muscle tension, stress, anxiety, and certain types of pain. Trigger point therapy and a low back treatment are incorporated as called for.

Thai Massage
A traditional Thai healing technique that combines elements of assisted yoga, acupressure, and Ayurvedic medicine. It is a form of bodywork that focuses on improving flexibility, relieving muscle tension and promoting overall well-being. The client is guided through yoga-like stretches and postures. Pressure is applied to specific points on the body to stimulate energy flow and balance.
Reflexology
This technique uses gentle pressure on specific points on the feet, hands and ears to promote relaxation and comfort. It is based on the idea that these areas correspond to different organs and systems in the body, and stimulating these points promotes healing and restores balance. Benefits include stress reduction, pain relief and improved circulation.
Chakra Cleaning & Balancing
Deep Tissue can help unblock the root chakra through focused massage on the lower back and feet. Gentle abdominal massage can stimulate the sacral and solar plexus chakras. Neck and shoulder massage can help open the throat chakra. Hot stone massage can help balance the chakras by placing heated stones on strategic points. Essential oil scents can enhance the healing experience, such as lavender for the crown chakra or citrus for the solar plexus.
Tarot cards placed on specific chakras offer a symbolic framework to explore and understand energy flow and unblock imbalances within the chakra system, supporting self-discovery and healing.
